A First Look at Phase III
Phase II will launch in summer 2025 and introduces a new collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes. These new homes build on everything that has made Fairfield Meadows so well received, with fresh house styles and layouts designed for modern living.
Set within the same attractive surroundings, Phase II continues the balance of space, comfort and community that defines the development, while offering new options for a range of lifestyles.
Step Inside Three New View Homes
During the Open Weekend, you’ll be able to view three newly opened show homes, each offering a different layout and approach to everyday living.
Seeing the homes in person makes all the difference. You can take your time walking through the spaces, noticing the light, flow and finishes, and picturing how the homes might work for you and your family.
A Welcoming, No-Pressure Visit
The Open Weekend is designed to be informal and welcoming. There’s no need to book an appointment, simply drop in between 10am and 5pm on Saturday or Sunday.
We’ll have a coffee truck on site serving coffee and pastries, so you can relax, have a look around, and chat with our team at your own pace. If you’d like to talk about the homes, new plots, or your moving plans, we’re here to help.
