The Kitchens for each house type are chosen to compliment the look and feel of each of our unique and bespoke developments and by our own in-house interior designer. Our kitchens come with fully integrated appliances to include an electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, and fridge freezer as well as under cabinet lighting, sinks with chrome mixer taps and will often include polished chrome handles and stone composite worktops with upstands as standard.

Each home will be wired for Sky and include a digital TV aerial to the loft space. TV & BT points to each principal rooms.
